66-775WHEREAS, NICHOLAS J. C. STEHLY having filed a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house
from 1336 South Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, California to 1716
South Nutwood Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 20th day of December 1966, at the hour of 1 :30
o'clock P.M. and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundted feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared on the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly con-
sidered said application, together with all evidence and reports
submitted in connnection therewith, does find that said applica-
tion should be granted subject to the dedication to the City of
Anaheim of the land necessary for the widening of Nutwood Street,
and to the improvement thereof, in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Nicholas J. C.
Stehly for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
1336 South Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, California to 1716 South
Nutwood Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby
granted subject to the dedication to the City of Anaheim of the
land necessary for the widening of Nutwood Street, and to the
improvement thereof, in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, and
further subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, relating
to the moving of buildings from a point within the City of
Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of December, 1966.
