RESOLUTION NO. 66R- 770
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO COMPENSATE SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY FOR NET ADDITIONS
BETWEEN DATE OF INVENTORY AND CUT -OVER OF
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the Final Order of Condemnation has been
entered in Superior Court Case No. 117511, in and for the
County of Orange entitled, "City of Anaheim v. Southern
California Edison Company, et al.," under which the City has
condemned certain facilities of said Edison Company; and
WHEREAS, as in other condemnation actions involving
the taking of portions of the electrical system of said
Edison Company, a part of the settlement of such litigation
included an adjustment of inventory between the date of the
original inventory and the date the cut -over of said facili-
ties was to be made; and
WHEREAS, upon review of the net additions to inven-
tory between such dates as submitted by said Edison Company,
the City Council finds that the cost of such additions amounts
to the sum of $14,613.39, and that said amount is fair and
reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that its Finance Director be, and he
is hereby ordered and directed to issue a purchase order to
Southern California Edison Company in the amount of $14,613.39.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 13th day of December, 1966.
