the City Manager to request the Mosquito Abatement District
to commence proceedings to annex that portion of the City
presently not within the Mosquito Abatement District; and

DISTRICT OF THAT PORTION OF THE CITY OF

DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, such request has been made by the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby consent to the
annexation by the Orange County Mosquito Abatement District
of that certain territory located in the City of Anaheim,
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof, and designated as the Anaheim Annexation to Orange
County Mosquito Abatement District.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
