66-726WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, on January 8,
1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -18 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 62 -63 -47 finding and determining that the property and
area therein described should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD- COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon
certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
follows:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
63R -18 IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62- 63 -47.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said resolution reads as
"1. That the existing structure shall be removed
from subject property, and plans of develop-
ment shall be submitted to and approved by
the Architectural Review Board prior to the
adoption of the ordinance reclassifying subject
property."
AND WHEREAS, the petitioner for said reclassification
has requested that said Condition No. 1 be deleted and that he
be permitted to remodel the existing structure on subject
property for use as a real estate office; and
WHEREAS, a plot plan and elevation renderings have
been submitted to the Development Services Department illustrat-
ing the proposed remodeling of the existing structure for use as
a real estate office, and said plans have been reviewed by the
City. Council; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration of the matter,
the City Council finds that said request should be granted and
that Condition No. 1 should be deleted from Resolution No.
63R -18; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone
and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the. City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -18 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 62 -63 -47 be, and the same is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom Condition No. 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
resolution No. 63R -18 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of November, 1966.
