A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at
2:50 p.m. on February 19, 1999, at the City Hall Bulletin Board, (both outside and inside the entrance to
City Hall) containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:50 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
in the amount of
$139,858.25 for the period ending February 16, 1999 and $159,199.87 for the period ending February
22, 1999, in accordance with the 1998-99 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA :
There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST :
No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS :
There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency
agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS :
On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Agency Member
McCracken the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations
furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 114. Receiving and filing a Disclosure of Property Interests in Red evelopment Areas as
submitted by Council Member Lucille Kring.
2. 123: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY approving and authorizing execution of a Cooperation Agreement between the City of
Anaheim and the Redevelopment Agency for the West Lincoln Avenue Street Improvements,
and making findings in connection therewith.
Secretary, Leonora Sohl announced that Staff is requesting a continuance of this item to March 16, 1999
and not March 2, 1999 as indicated on the agenda. (This item was continued to March 16, 1999 as
requested).
3. 161: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting held January 26,
1999.
