DEVELOPMENT : Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:45 p.m. on June 11, 1999, at the City Hall Bulletin Board, (both outside and inside the entrance to City Hall) containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:38 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $ 104,009.38 for period ending June 11, 1999, in accordance with the 1998-99 Budget, were approved. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA : There were no additions to agenda items. Chairman Daly. Before proceeding, it is his intention to recommend postponing Item 1. until they arrive at Item D2. on the Council Agenda and both will be considered together. In a similar fashion, Item 2. which deals with the Jeffrey-Lynne Plan, he is going to suggest they combine all four items, Redevelopment Agency Item 2., Housing Authority Items 1. and 2., and Council Item A29., under the Housing Authority Agenda. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: Mr. Joe Honescko , Executive Director of the Downtown Anaheim Association. About two weeks ago on June 6, 1999, 82 antique vintage vehicles left Murrietta, Georgia on a 3 ,600 mile trip across the United States. He thereupon briefed the event which will finish on June 19, 1999 in downtown Anaheim at Lemon and Center Street Promenade. He is present tonight to invite the Council/Agency and the public and anyone else interested to come not only to the finish of the race but to all the events leading up to the finish which he briefed. They are also looking for citizens who will meet the racers when they cross the finish line and show them hospitality from the City. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS : There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency agenda items. 1 or 3. See Housing Authority Minutes this date for comments on item 2. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM 1 : . 1. Approving the Basic Concept Drawings and Scope of Development for the commercial/ industrial development at the Shorb Wells site, located at the northwest corner of La Palma Avenue and Weir Canyon. (Item D2 on City Council Agenda of June 15, 1999. Chairman Daly asked the proper language to postpone action on Item 1. until later in the meeting. City Attorney White. The intention is to trail Redevelopment Item 1. until such time as they hear Item D2. on the Council Agenda. A motion to trail the item would be in order. MOTION. Chairman Daly moved to trail Item 1. until after hearing Item D2. on the Council agenda. Agency Member Kring seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ANAHEIM CIVIC CENTER, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY JUNE 15, 1999 Later in the meeting, 11:50 P.M., and after the Public Hearing under Item D2. of the Council agenda, (see minutes of the Council Meeting this date, Item D2.) a motion was offered by Chairman Daly seconded by Agency Member McCracken approving Agency Item 1. MOTION CARRIED. 2. RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY approving a Cooperation Agreement with the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Housing Authority regarding the Jeffrey Lynne Affordable Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Plan and making certain findings in connection therewith. This item was discussed under the Housing Authority meeting. See minutes this date where extensive discussion took place. At the conclusion this item was continued to July 13, 1999. 3. MOTION. On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Agency Member McCracken, the minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting held May 18, 1999 were approved. MOTION CARRIED. RECESS: Chairman Daly moved to recess the Redevelopment Agency Meeting. Agency Member McCracken seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED (5:48 P.M.)
