A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN FASF.MF.NT fF.F.T1
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ELECTRIC POWER LINES OVERHANG
P1TRPOSFS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municip: -:1 purposes, to wit: An easement for electric
power lines overhang purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CORPORATION OF THE

to se 1 to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for elertric
pntacr linos overhang pnrpnceost
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility electric power lines
overhang purposes over and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Easterly 3 feet of Lot 8 of the Anaheim Homestead
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 26, page 10
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Calif-
ornia.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying South-
westerly of the Northeasterly line of the land conveyed
as Parcel No. 5 in the deed to the State of California,
recorded October 21, 1955 in Book 3253, page )I2 of
Official Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
