A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLTC UTTLITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. An easement for 04
an
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sell
and convey the same to the CT y; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of LOYOLA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION,
a non profit corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oraage, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road andpub1ic utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Northerly eight (8) feet of the Southerly thirty
(30) feet of the Westerly 322 feet of the North half
of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
