A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROY L. PINA, a married
man,and BETTY RAE PINA, his wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 26, Tract 483, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 20 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 26, said
Southeast corner for the purpose of this description,
being the intersection of the center line of La Palma
Avenue, with the center line of Onondaga Avenue (formerly
Orange Avenue); thence Westerly along the center line of
said La Palma Avenue, a distance of 76.50 feet, to an
intersection of said center line and the Southerly pro-
longation of the Westerly line of said Lot 26; thence
Northerly along said prolongation and said Westerly line,
a distance of 53 feet, to an intersection with a line
parallel with and distant 53 feet Northerly of the center
line of said La Palma Avenue; thence Easterly along the
last mentioned parallel line 34.99 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly, having a radius
of 15 feet; thence Easterly and Northerly along said curve
through a central angle of 90 02' 00" an arc distance of
23.57 feet to a point in a line that is parallel with and
distant 26.50 feet Westerly of the center line of said
Onondaga Avenue; thence Easterly at right angles from
said parallel line to a point in the center line of said
Onondaga Avenue, said point being Northerly 68.02 feet
from the point of beginning; thence Southerly to the point
of beginning;

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
