that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.

OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Easterly 45.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Dale Avenue) of the Southerly 253 feet of
the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page
11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 12, said Southeast corner being the
center line intersection of Dale Avenue with the center line of
Lincoln Avenue; thence Northerly along the center line of Dale
Avenue a distance of 61.85 feet; thence Westerly to an inter-
section with a line parallel with and 45.00 feet Westerly (as
measured at right angles from the center line of said Dale Avenue)
said point of intersection being the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence
Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a central angle
of 89 52' 35" an arc distance of 39.22 feet to an intersection
with a line parallel with and distant 40.00 feet Northerly (as
measured at right angles from the center line of said Lincoln
Avenue); thence Southerly to the center line of said Lincoln
Avenue; thence Easterly along the center line of said Lincoln
Avenue to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof included in Parcel One
above described.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof conveyed to the
State of California by Final Order of Condemnation, a certified
copy of which was recorded July 29, 1957 in Book 3989,

be, and the same is hereby, ccepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
