A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 59 -60 -59
AND VARIANCE NO. 1284.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did on March 18,
1963, by motion, recommend to the City Council the termination
of all proceedings in connection With Reclassification No.
F- 59 -60 -59 and Variance No. 1284, which is contingent upon
the completion of said reclassification proceedings, inasmuch
as the proposed reclassification under said proceedings is
not applicable to future development of subject property
since development of the property has been materially affected
by heavy traffic on Wilshire Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after careful con-
sideration of the recommendation of the City Planning Commission
and after reviewing the proceedings in connection with said
reclassification and variance, that the conditions set forth
in Resolution No. 5769 in said Reclassification Proceedings
No. F- 59 -60 -59 have not been complied with by the applicant
and that said proceedings should, therefore, be terminated as
recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. F- 59 -60 -59 and Variance No. 1284 be, and
the same are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 5769
in said reclassification proceedings and Resolution No. 6301
granting Variance No. 1284 be, and the same are hereby declared
to be null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 16th day of April, 1963.
