A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR POLES AND ELECTRIC POWER
LINES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for
municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for poles_ and electric
power lines and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha.s offered to
sell and convey the same to t�1 City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the "benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM COMMUNITY CONGREGATIONAL.
CHURCH, a corporation.
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for poles and electric power lines
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for poles and electric power lines over,
and across that portion of Lot 3 of Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a map of survey made by William Hamel,
dated December 11, 1868, signed by Robinson Trustee
and filed in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 3,
being the intersection of the centerline of
Placentia Avenue and Sycamore Street; thence
northerly along the centerline of Placentia
Avenue a distance of 288.20 feet; thence westerly
at right angles to Placentia Avenue to a point
in a line that is parallel with and distant 50.00
feet west of said centerline; thence southerly
along said parallel line to its intersection with
the centerline of Sycamore Street; thence north-
easterly along said centerline to the point of
beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and heit hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of April 1963.

passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
