A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES._
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner, of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CAMTT,T,E AT.T,FC, JR., and

to sell to the i�of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over,
under and across those parcels of land des-
cribed as follows:
The Southerly five (5) feet of Lot One (1)
and the Northerly five (5) feet of Lot Three
(3) of Tract No. 4408, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 159, pages 37 and 38 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of April 1963

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 63R -277 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 9th day of
April, 1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Dutton
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY THAT the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -277 on the
9th day of April, 1963.
