A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5409.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5409 did set water rates for
all services to consumers of water from City -owned and main-
tained water mains; and
WHEREAS, said resolution did not set any rates to be
charged for services where meters were not installed; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to set rates for consumers
within the City where meters have not been installed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Paragraph 6 of Resolution No. 5409 be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"6. RATES INSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
The rates applicable to all consumers of water
from City -owned and maintained water mains within the City
Limits of the City of Anaheim.

(1) Metered Rates:
(a) Rate:
First 750 cu. ft. $2.00
or less
Next 49,250 cu. ft. .14 per 100 cu. ft.
Next 50,000 cu. ft. .12 per 100 cu. ft.
Over 100,000 cu. ft. .11 per 100 cu. ft.
(b) Minimum Charges:
For meter services through:
3/4" Pipe $2.00
1" Pipe 3.00
Pipe 4.75
2" Pipe 7.00
(2) Unmetered Rate:
Monthly charge $4.50
(3) When water is supplied to more than one lot or more
than one dwelling or building occupied by more than
one family through one service, an additional charge
of 30 per dwelling unit per month will be made."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein and
modified by other resolutions, all other provisions of Resolution
No. 5409 are to remain in full force and effect.
