Good afternoon,
My name is Abraham Partida and I am an Investigator for Affirm Investigative Solutions. I am currently investigating an accident that took
place on:
11/4/2023 between 11:00 pm - 12:00 AM
Location: Intersection of Euclid and Katella in Anaheim, CA 92802
While investigating the scene, I noticed that there are cameras on the traffic lights at the intersection. There is specifically one that faces
the Carls Jr. which is where the incident occurred. Would I be able to obtain that video? It occurred around 6:37 PM. Thank you.

Further details according to our Client, he was riding his bicycle exiting the Carl’s Jr driveway trying to enter the bike lane when he got hit
by the defendant coming straight from Euclid. Defendant was a female; she was driving a Black or Gray Nissan Sedan.
