1. Completecopiesoftheproposalsthatweresubmittedbyeachshort-listedbidderinresponsetotheRFPforthenewCADsystem,
includinganysupplementaryinformation, i.e. BestandFinalOffersubmissionsandpresentationcollateral;
2. Completecopiesofthepriceproposalssubmittedbyeachshortlistedproposers;
