Re: Public Records Act Request
Dear Theresa:
Pursuant tomy rights under the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 etseq.)
and the California Constitution, Iask toinspect and/orobtain copies ofthefollowing documents:
1. All emails, smartphone text messages, letters, memoranda, reports, correspondence, meeting agendas,
itineraries, reports, slideshow presentations, brochures, pamphlets, maps and/ordocuments (hereinafter
referred toas "public records") currently inthe possession of the Office of the Mayor and City Council
including aides, assistants, policy advisers, secretaries, chiefs ofstaff, andindependent consultants on
contract with the city), Office ofthe City Manager, Department ofPublic Works, Planning Department,
and any other offices, departments, and entities under the jurisdiction ofthe City ofAnaheim, which deal
with, address, and/orpertain tovarious transit options toconnect the Platinum Triangle with the
Anaheim Resort including, but not specifically limited to, using streetcars, trackless streetcars, battery-
operated street cars, gondolas, aerial gondolas, trams, light rail, and busrapid transit.
The timeline for the aforementioned public records shall be between Saturday, April 1, 2023 and the date
ofthis request.
The particular section ofthe California Public Records Act which Ibelieve tobeapplicable isGovernment
Code Section 6253, which states, inpertinent part:
b) Except with respect topublic records exempt from disclosure byexpress provisions oflaw, each state or
local agency, upon arequest for acopy ofrecords that reasonably describes an identifiable record or
records, shall make the records promptly available toany person, upon payment offees covering direct
costs ofduplication, orastatutory fee, ifapplicable. Upon request, anexact copy shall beprovided unless
impracticable todoso. Computer data shall beprovided inaform determined bythe agency. California
Government Codesection 6253(b). 1
Under Section 6253 (c), you have ten days within which torespond tothis request. Ifyour agency chooses
towithhold ordelay production ofrecords orinformation, itmust justify such withholding byawriting,
executed bythe head of the agency, explaining the reasons for any delay, and the dateon which
production will bemade, innoevent more than24daysfrom the dateofthis request.

below. Ialso request you notify me ofany duplication costs exceeding $10 before you duplicate the records
