Iwould liketorespectfully request thefollowing information under California’sPublic Records
Act, please.
Records regarding traffic studies for the roadway between Walnut Street and West St/Disneyland
Drive that was previously known as the relocated Cerritos Avenue, currently known as Magic Way. For
purposes of this request, Iwill refer to the roadway as Magic Way, but also request records that make
reference to that section of street as Cerritos Avenue or as the former or relocated/renamed Cerritos
Avenue.
Iexpected tofindtraffic studies forMagic Way inthetransportation section oftheDisneyland
Forward documents, butdespite many tables, charts, summaries, andfindings regarding other
streets intheResort, Icanfindnomention ofMagic Way being studied. Ialso checked with others
Iknowarereviewing theDisneyland Forward documents, andthey have been unable tolocate
traffic studies forMagic Way.
Ifthetraffic studies forMagic Way are, in fact, in theDisneyland Forward document, andIhave
simply missed them, Iwillaccept areference for howto locate that information, perhaps with
pagenumber/chapter etc. rather than askstaff tousetheir limited time tomake photocopies.

Records regarding “mitigation” regarding Disney’sproposed closure of Magic Way.
Records of correspondence from the public regarding the closure of Magic Way, both for and
against the closure.
Records of correspondence, meeting notes, or other documentation between City of Anaheim
and/or contractors or consultants working on behalf of the City regarding Disneyland Forward, and
Disney and/or contractors or consultants working on Disney’sbehalf regarding Disneyland
Forward, specific to the closure of Magic Way, traffic studies or other measurements for the roadway,
and mitigation for the closure of the street. To clarify, in addition to wanting the documentation of
traffic studies for vehicle trips, and mitigation for impacts from the street closure, Ialso wish to receive
records reflecting any discussion of Magic Way and/or the street closure by those tasked with
creating/reviewing the Disneyland Forward proposals and studies.
Iwould prefer therecords in theform ofelectronic files, ifpossible, andIwillpaytheusual cost of
duplication forrecords made available tome.
