rehabilitate, and/ormaintain aordable housing for workers and residents.

Commerce, The Walt Disney Company, trade unions, hoteliers, restauranteurs, and other interested par?es, both private
and public, which address, deal with, and/orpertain toany sugges?ons, recommenda?ons, discussions, and/or
proposals touse funds collected bythe Anaheim Tourism Improvement District tonance, build, rehabilitate, and/or
maintain aordable housing for workers and residents.
The ?meline for theaforemen?oned public records shall bebetween Tuesday, August 1, 2023 andthe date ofthis
request.
The par?cular sec?onofthe California Public Records Act which Ibelieve tobeapplicable isGovernment Code Sec?on
6253, which states, in per?nent part:

b) Except with respect to public records exempt from disclosure byexpress provisions of law, each state or local agency,
upon arequest foracopy ofrecords that reasonably describes aniden?able record orrecords, shall make the records
promptly available toanyperson, upon payment offees covering direct costs ofduplica?on, orastatutory fee, if
applicable. Upon request, anexact copy shall beprovided unless imprac?cable todoso. Computer data shall beprovided
inaform determined bythe agency. California Government Code sec?on6253(b).
Under Sec?on6253 (c), you have tendays within which torespond tothis request. Ifyour agency chooses towithhold or
delay produc?onofrecords or informa?on, itmust jus?fysuch withholding byawri?ng, executed bythe head ofthe
agency, explaining thereasons for any delay, and thedate onwhich produc?onwill bemade, innoevent more than 24
