On Thursday, there appeared to be 4officers that arrived tomy
neighbors home, along with 2 utility workers to shut off my
utilities.
My complaint is that it's absolutely none of his business why
these bills were not paid and those words came out ofhis
mouth. Why did you not pay your bill?
And then you had some mental police officer that looked and
dressed like aWalmart greeter, there to assess me. On autility
call? Are you fucking kidding me?
You have 10 days to show me all the protocols and LAWS - reals
LAWS - that allow an officer to assess ANYONE for autility call.
That allows them to doanything with or to me ortouch me while on
such acall. Knowing that you were placed on Notice months ago
that Iwould not be paying that bill. You have not dealt with the
corruption that seems to be growing, after learning you idiots use
Salvation Army - known traffickers by the people that need to
know.
And the fact you assholes went through my neighbors yard where it
hits somany Federal violations, you know what they are and did it
anyway.
Now, I've requested ahuman trafficking investigation onSalvation
Army and the City of Anaheim for allowing this corp to get this
close to families, especially in need.
Now, doyou want to turn off anything else at my home, or does
explain anything?
