REQUESTER INFORMATION Full Name:Date: Company Name: Mailing) Address: City/State/Zip Code: Phone number: Email: Preferred method of contact in the event of questions: Linda white 2/27/24 7:24 AM anaheim resident 92804 net714- email only DESCRIPTION OF REQUESTED RECORD(S): (Describe the specific public record(s) e.g., date, type, time period covering documents requested etc) Let's see who is working today! requesting all contracts and correspondence between the City of Anaheim and Bewelloc.org They appeared on my property asking if I needed assistance with the emergency loss of electricity from the City turning it off. The purpose of this organization is to 'assist' people in need, from what I gathered from the conversation and had resources available for that purpose. But the actual services are no where to be found so gotta ask the question - What are these people doing coming to the home and not providing services? What are they really servicing. You got the usual 10 days. Although what I see happening, you should be able to do this in 30 minutes with the service I've seen. I understand that I will be contacted once documents have been identified. If production of records is requested, an estimated cost will be provided to me and I agree that I will be required to submit payment for duplication costs (and mailing) prior to the production of the requested documents. Please note that information contained in any PRA request is a public record and may be subject to public inspection pursuant to the California Public Records Act.
