Re: Public Records Act Request
Dear Custodian of Records:
I am writing on behalf of Patrick Moir. We are making inquiry about any items of any
kind related to the possible moving of the Orange County Transportation Authority, or any of its
subparts, to Anaheim.
On March 20 2023,1 wrote a letter asking for documents. I am seeking to update the
information and to add one or more categories of requests.
To this end, we are requesting the following under the Public Records Act:
1. All documents presented to any Anaheim officials, elected or appointed or staff
members or consultants, in any manner, including by electronic means, pertaining to the moving
of the OCTA headquarters or any of its offices, to Anaheim
2. All documents prepared by any Anaheim officials, elected or appointed or staff
members or consultants, in any manner, including by electronic means, pertaining to the moving
of the OCTA headquarters or any of its offices, to Anaheim
3. All documents pertaining to any proposals, bids, or other contacts from any outside
persons or entities to any any Anaheim officials, elected or appointed or staff members or
consultants acting on behalf of Anaheim, pertaining to the moving of the OCTA headquarters, or
any of its offices, to Anaheim
4. Any documents pertaining to the use of ARTIC for OCTA offices or meetings.
5. Any documents pertaining to any inquiries or other communications by Dan Young
pertaining to OCTA or the moving of OCTA headquarters to Anaheim.
G. Any documents reflecting any interest by OCTA in a location in Anaheim since
March 20, 2023.

in this request, the terms used in this letter are to be broadly construed. For example, "the
moving of' means any discussions, propostils, or other items pertaining to the subject matter of
relocating the OCTA offices and facilities. It is not limited to the physical act of moving. 'The
