demoing the existing pool and spa to make way for a future pool and
spa (under separate permit). In order for this structure to be classified
as a pool cabana, one side of the structure has to be completely open
to the outside and a pool & spa permit needs to be submitted
concurrently with this plan check. Alternatively, this structure can also
be classified as an Accessory Living Quarter if you should decide to
move forward as plan. Please review the development standards of an
Accessory Living Quarter pursuant the Anaheim Municipal Code
AMC) Section 18.38.020

A> The proposed trellis (seen on Sheet A-2.0 & 2.2) is located 10’5”
from the side property line. The side setback for the RH-1
property is 15 feet. Since the trellis encroaches into the 15-foot
side setback, the maximum height the trellis can be is 8 feet
measured from finished grade). Revise height of trellis to show
compliance or relocate outside of side setback.

to propose 12 foot height.

the home have a total of 6 bedrooms which requires 5 parking
spaces.
14. On Sheet A-3.0, it states new hardscape/landscape to be added.
A. If you proposed more than 500 SF of new landscaping or a
