1. Code Enforcement:
a. Iam looking for property owners that have been cited for violations relating to their Owner
Occupied or Non-Owner Occupied properties.
b. Any vacant or boarded-up properties.
c. Any substandard or hazardous properties that have health or safety issues.
d. Also looking for properties that have had a lien or assessment placed upon them by the
city/county.
e. Time frame would be January 2024 – present.
f. Please signify which are Open and Closed cases ifpossible.
2. Utility shut off:
a. Iam looking for property owners or tenants that have had their utilities shut off for non-
payment or stealing water on Owner Occupied or Non-Owner Occupied properties.
b. Also looking for properties that have had a lien or assessment placed upon them by the
city/county.
c. Time frame would be January 2024 – present.
d. Please indicate which are Open and Closed cases ifpossible.
3. Fire Damaged Properties:
a. Iam looking for property owners that have had structure fires to Owner Occupied or Non-
Owner Occupied properties.
b. Time frame would be January 2024 – present.
c. Please signify which are Open and Closed cases ifpossible.
