Iam writing to request records under the California Public Records Act (CPRA).
Specifically, Iseek access to all communications among city staff, including the mayor,
council members, city clerk, city manager, and city attorney, pertaining to the economic
study conducted by California State University Fullerton, dated June 5, 2023. This study
is referenced in the Statement of Overriding Consideration for the DisneylandForward
project. Iam interested in records from January 1, 2023, to the present day.
According to the CPRA, ifany portion of a document is exempt from disclosure, the
remainder that is nonexempt must be segregated and released. Iexpect to receive all
segregable nonexempt portions of the requested records. Please do not withhold entire
documents ifredaction of specific exempt information ispossible.
Irequest that you interpret this request broadly and any exemptions narrowly, as
required by law.
Iwould appreciate receiving these records promptly and within the statutory timeframe
