Iwould liketosubmit aPublic Records Request please. Thedate of theactual record isunknown
tome, buttherecord was referenced during theApril16, 2024 Council meeting. Iassume
Raphael Cobian willhave therecord readily available, regarding a “traffic count” theCityappears
tohave conducted for Magic Way, separate from traffic studies conducted byDisney/Gibson, but
apparently notmadepublic. Since this record isunlikely tocreate anyofthedelays permitted in
theState CPRA exemptions, and tiestothe2ndreading of Ordinances onMay7, Ihope staffcan
disclose thisrecord inatimely manner.
