and/or Disney’soutside representatives such astheroleMr. Haupt plays through Spectrum on
Disney’sbehalf, regarding thepotential useofATID funds forhousing.
This request also asks to identify allmeetings/events andattendees where thesubject of
using ATID forhousing was discussed in-person orviatelephone, conference call, orvideo
conference such aszoom, andanynotes, meeting minutes agendas, orother records resulting
from those meetings/events.
