1 have personally inspected/evaluated the existing roof framing consisting of 2x10 rafters @ 14"oc max
spacing with 2x ridge board and interimediate braces to ceiling framing at the above referenced
property and it is structurally acceptable for tiles with brand name Capistrano Standard by Eagle roofing
products to be reused and reinstalled (weighs about 9psf) on these roof trusses for replacing the
existing roof underlayment and meets the local building code safety requirements
