WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit,
on March 19, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R -191 granting a
house moving permit to CHARLES E. LUKSICH to move a dwelling
from 807 Nebraska Avenue, Placentia, California, to 3350 West
Thornton Avenue, Anaheim, California, subject to certain condi-
tions therein set forth; and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITION NO. 2 OF
RESOLUTION NO. 63R-191 GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO CHARLES E. LUKSICH.
WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 of said resolution reads
That a temporary waiver of installation
of sidewalks shall be granted until such
time as required by the City Engineer;
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that a bond in an
amount and form satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim shall be posted with the City
by the owner of the property upon which
it is proposed to move said dwelling
house, to guarantee the installation of
said sidewalks when required by the City
Engineer."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolu-
tion No. 63R -191 should be amended by deleting from said
Condition No. 2 the provision that a bond in an amount and form
satisfactory to the City be posted by the owner of the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house to
guarantee the installation of said sidewalks when required by
the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R -191 be, and the
same is hereby amended by amending Condition No. 2 thereof to
read as follows:
"2. That a temporary waiver of installation
of sidewalks shall be granted until such
time as required by the City Engineer."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects
said Resolution No. 63R -191 be and remain in full force and
effect.
RESOLUTION NO. 63R -243
