A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND A
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit. Easements for ublic utilit ur oses including a
nitar sewer easement and a tem•orar construction easement an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to sel:
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of BEN LEMKE and ADA LEMKE husband and
wife* ARTHUR G. LEMKE and ROSALIE F. LEMKE husband and wifel EDWIN R.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following descrirea1 property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
to be used for easements for public utility purposes, including a
sanitar sewer easement and a tem•orar construction easement

PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes in-
cluding a sanitary sewer easement over, under and across
the Southerly 15.00 feet of the Northerly 20.5 feet of
that parcel of land conveyed to Ben Lemke and others, by
Deed Number 71297, recorded September 8, 1954 in Book
2812, page 127 of Official Records of the County of
Orange, State of California.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and
across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the North
line of said 10.00 foot strip being the South line of
the above described Parcel One.
Said temporary easement to expire upon the completion of
the installation of a sanitary sewer main;
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of March 196 3
