A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A PERMIT GRANTED BY THE
ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT TO THE
CITY TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN A SEWER LINE
UNDER THE FULLERTON CREEK CHANNEL AT LEMON
STREET.
11:HEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application to the Orange County Flood Control District for
e permit to install and maintain a sewer line under the
Fullerton Creek Channel et Lemon Street; and
HEREAS, plans showin_, the location of said sewer
line have been filed with and approved by said District's Flood
Control Enjineer; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District di_d on
Marchl5, 1963, submit to'the City Council a form of permit to
be accepted by the City of Anaheim, offering to grant to the
City permission to install and maintain said sewer line under
the Fullerton Creek Channel at Lemon Street in accordance with
the "Lemon Street Improvement Plan #5622, subject to the terms,
covenants, conditions and agreements therein set forth to be
kept, performed and observed by the City, which permit the City
Council finds would be for the benefit and best interest of the
City and should be accepted..
NOW, THE21FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the permit of Orange County Flood Con-
trol District, No. 02363, submitted March 15, 1963, to the City
of !naheim granting to the City permission to install and main-
tain a sewer line under the Fullerton Creek Channel at Lemon
Street in accordance with the "Lemon Street Improvement Plan
#5622", subject to the terms, covenants, conditions and agree-
ments set forth in said permit to be performed and observed by
the City of Anaheim, be and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to accept said permit
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of March, 1963.
