A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL. PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILTI
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to seal
and convey the same to the City,, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property°
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of EARL VINCENT NELLESEN and
JOYCE M. NELLESEN husband and wile
to sell to t e City o Ana eim the o owing described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of the Easterly 65 feet of the Westerly 130
feet of the Northerly 180 feet of Lot 5, as shown on a Record of
Survey of a part of Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
S.B.B. M., filed in Book 1, page 55 of Record of Surveys in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said Lot 5, said
point being Easterly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 5, a
distance of 65 feet; thence Southerly at right angles to said
Northerly line of Lot 5, to the intersection with a line that is
parallel with and distant 10 feet South of said Northerly line;
thence Easterly along said parallel line a distance of 47.05 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly, said
curve having a radius of 15 feet; thence Easterly and Southerly
along said curve through a central angle of 89 47' 42" an arc
distance of 23.51 feet to a point in a line that is parallel with
and distant 23 feet Westerly of the center line of Cherry Way; thence
South 0 04' 45" West along the last mentioned parallel line 126.55
feet; thence South 8 04' 10" West 28.77 feet to the intersection
with a line that is parallel with and distant 180 feet south of
said Northerly line of Lot 5, said point being 27 feet Westerly of
the center line of Cherry Way; thence South 89 42' 57" East along
the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 27 feet; thence
Northerly along the center line of Cherry Way to an intersection
with the Northerly line of said Lot 5, a distance of 180 feet;
thence Westerly along said Northerly line to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of March 1963
