A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A. GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit An easement for Itilroadanciroses_
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to sell
and convey the same to the City and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of the Easterly 142.40 feet of the Northerly
180 feet of Lot 5, as shown on a Record of Survey of a part of
Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M., filed
in Book 1, page 55 of Record of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder, County of Orange, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 5; thence
Southerly, as measured at right angles to the Northerly line of
said Lot 5, a distance of 12 feet to an intersection with a
line parallel with and distant 12 feet Southerly of said
Northerly line of Lot 5; thence Westerly along the last mentioned
parallel line 100.43 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence
Westerly and Southerly along said curve through a central angle
of 90' 12' 18" an arc distance of 23.62 feet to a point in a
line that is parallel with and distant 27 feet Easterly of the
center line of Cherry Way; thence Westerly parallel to the
Northerly line of said Lot 5, 27 feet; thence Northerly along
the center line of Cherry Way to an intersection with the North
line of said Lot 5 and the center line of said Cherry Way, a
distance of 47.15 feet; thence Easterly along the North line
of said Lot 5 to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
