63-0645RESOLUTION NO. 63R -645 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1136 WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a request for a Conditional Use Permit from EVA BIELANSKI, 2760 Crescent Avenue, Anaheim, California, to construct a single- story, multiple- family planned residential development on the following described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit: The North 425 feet of the West half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; EXCEPTING the West 310 feet. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said request on June 214, ,1963 notices of which said public hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, inves- tigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. 807 Series 1962 denying Conditional Use Permit No. 436 and WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty -two days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, the City Council did elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City Planning Commission in denying said Conditional Use Permit and did thereupon fix the Oth day of ,lily 19 63 as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall -1- of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said Conditional Use Permit, and notices of such public hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hear- ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that Conditional Use Permit No. 1.36 should be denied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commis- sion denying Conditional Use Permit No. 1136 be, and the same is hereby sustained and that the request of EVA BIELANSKI, 2760 Crescent Avenue, Anaheim, California for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a single- story, multiple family planned residential development on the property herein before described be,and the same is hereby denied.
