A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
mall it utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner,g__ of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE

over, under and across a portion of the Travis
Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5,
page 120 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line
of Katella Avenue with the Northerly line of the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company's
right of way; thence Northeasterly along said
center line of Katella Avenue, a distance of
433.19 feet; thence Northwesterly (at right
angles to said center line of Katella Avenue)
60 feet to a point in a line that is parallel
with and distant 60 feet from said center line;
thence Southwesterly along said parallel line
to a point in the Northerly line of the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company's
right of way; thence Southeasterly along said
Northerly line to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
