A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING
PERMIT TO ELISE FRITZ TO MOVE A DWELLING
FROM 407 SOUTH STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD
TO 502 SOUTH REVERE STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, ELISE FRITZ having filed a written application
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 407
South State College Boulevard, Anaheim, California to 502 South
Revere Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 30th day of July, 1963, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard and the City Council having duly con-
sidered said application for a house moving permit, together
with all evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith,
does find that said permit should be granted subject to the
repair of sidewalks, curbs and gutters on Revere and Santa Ana
Streets as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said ELISE FRITZ
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from 407
South State College Boulevard, Anaheim, California to 502 South
Revere Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby,
granted subject to the repair of sidewalks, curbs and gutters
on Revere and Santa Ana Streets as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer, and further subject
to compliance with all the provisions of Title 15, Chapter 15.32
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the moving of build-
ings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto a lot within
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of July, 1963.
