A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ARNO H. STOVALL, a
m,rried man, as his sole and separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the North half of the
East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
Lincoln Avenue and Western Avenue; thence
South 0 16' 25" East 323.17 feet along said center
line of Western Avenue; thence Westerly (at right angles
to said center line of Western Avenue) 20 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence South 89 43' 35" West
12.50 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Northwesterly and having a radius of 7.33 feet; thence
Southerly and Westerly along said curve through a
central angle of 68 40' 15 an arc distance of 8.79 feet;
thence North 89 41' 29" East 17.16 feet; thence
North 0 16' 25" West 6.83 feet to the true point of
beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of July 19 63
