A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR SEWER LINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer
line purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ANAHEIM SCHOOL DISTRICT
OF ORANGE ODUNTY.

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer
line purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for the installation and maintenance of a
sewer line over, under and across a strip of land 10 feet
in width over a portion of land lying within the Koeffler
Tract, a resubdivision of Lot 40, Anaheim Extension, as
shown on a Map of Survey by William Hamel in December,
1868, and filed in the office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Harbor
Boulevard (formerly Palm Street) 1063.35 feet Northerly
from the intersection of the center lines of said Harbor
Boulevard and. North Street; thence South 74° !_i' t_L0" West
34.75 feet; thence North 15 20' 20" West 19.91 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence South 74 41' ho"
West 116.84 feet; thence North 15 20' 20" West 10 feet;
thence North 74 41' 40" East, 116.84 feet; thence South
15 20' 20" East, 10 feet to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
