A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBL tC UTILITY, INCLUD lj
SANITARY SEWER AND TFMPlRARY CnNSTRTTrTION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: Easements for •ublic utilit inci
sewer and tem•orar construction
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered to sel]
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ROBERT DONALD. MU KE T ..LER
DIANA MUCKENTHALER husband and wife and RICHARD LE ROY MUCKENTHALER,
MUCKENTHALER, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for easements for public utility, including sanitary
sewer and tem.orar construction noses
and more particu ar y •escri.e• as o ows:
PARCEL ONE: An easement for public utility purposes including
a sanitary sewer easement over,under and across a strip of land
15.00 feet in width, the center line of said strip being describ-
ed as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of that parcel of land
described in Parcel 3 of deed recorded in Book 4668, pages 393
and 394 of Official Records of Orange County, California; thence
South 11 11 35" East a distance of 13.15 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence North 70 09' 45" East a distance of
91.38 feet; thence North 71 31t 35" East a distance of 298.64
feet; thence North 75° 20 56" East a distance of 298.98 feet,
to the intersection with the East line of the above mentioned
Parcel 3.
The North and South lines of said 15.00 foot strip to be
lengthened or shortened as the case may be to coincide with the
East and West lines of the above mentioned Parcel 3.
Power poles shall be located within the Northerly 3.00 feet of
the above described Parcel One.
PARCEL TWO: A temporary construction easement over and across a
strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the North line of said 10.00
foot strip being the South line of the above described Parcel One.
Said temporary easement to expire upon the completion of the in-
stallation of a sanitary sewer main.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of July 1963.
