63-0513WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 18, 1962,
adopt Resolution No. 62R -1093 granting Variance No. 1525 per-
mitting a waiver of the single -story height limitations on the
following described property:
All that real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
The Easterly 100 feet of the North half of the
West half of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 24,
in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
subject to certain conditions set forth in Resolution No. 62R-
1092 adopted by the City Council in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 61 -62 -124, and subject to the completion of said reclassifi-
cation proceedings; and
WHEREAS,said Resolution No. 62R -1092 has been declared
null and void by the City Council and all proceedings in connec-
tion with said reclassification have been terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R-1093 granting Variance
No. 1525 be, and the same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of June, 1963.
