A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 61 -62 -124.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 18th day of
December, 1962, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
62R -1092 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 61 -62 -124
finding and determining that the property and area therein
described should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL
ZONE to R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the condi-
tions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, thereafter an application was filed with the
City of Anaheim requesting reclassification of the property
described in the above mentioned reclassification proceedings
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD-
COMMERCIAL ZONE, and the City Council did on April 23, 1963
adopt Resolution No. 63R -335 declaring its intention to
reclassify said property to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE,
subject to certain conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that inasmuch as
two proceedings are now pending on the same parcel of property,
Reclassification Proceedings No. 61 -62 -124 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Application No. 61 -62 -124 for a change of zone be, and the
same are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 62R -1092
be, and the same is hereby declared to be null and void from
and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of June, 1963.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the
City of Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -512
on the 18th day of June, 1963.
