A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A PERMIT, SUBMITTED BY
THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT TO
THE CITY, TO RECONSTRUCT AN EXISTING CATCH
BASIN AND INLET WITHIN SAID DISTRICT'S RIGHT
OF WAY OF THE FULLERTON CREEK CHANNEL AT
LEMON STREET.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore made
application to the Orange County Flood Control District for a
permit to reconstruct an existing catch basin and inlet within
said District's right of way of the Fullerton Creek Channel at
Lemon Street; and
WHEREAS, plans for the reconstruction of said existing
catch basin and inlet, designated "City of Anaheim Plan 45693,
have been filed with and approved by said District's Flood
Control Engineer; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District did on
May 29, 1963, submit to the City of Anaheim a form of permit
to be accepted by the City offering to grant to the City per-
mission to reconstruct an existing catch basin and inlet within
said District's right of way of the Fullerton Creek Channel at
Lemon Street in accordance with the City of Anaheim Construction
Plan 45693, subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, and
agreements therein set forth to be kept, performed and observed
by the City, which permit the City Council finds would be for
the benefit and best interest of the City and should be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the permit of the Orange County Flood
Control District, numbered 05463, submitted May 29, 1963, to
the City of Anaheim, granting to the City permission to recon-
struct an existing catch basin and inlet within said District's
right of way of the Fullerton Creek Channel at Lemon Street in
accordance with the City of Anaheim Construction Plan 45693,
subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements set
forth in said permit to be performed and observed by the City
of Anaheim, be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to accept said
Permit No. 05463 for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this llth day of June, 1963.
