A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RUKIE SEYMOUR, a married
woman. as her sole and separate _groperty,
to sell to the ityof Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet
(as measured at right angles to the center line
of Knott Avenue) of that portion of the North-
east quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, pages 7
et seq, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point 672.71 feet South of the
Northeast corner of said Section 15, and
measured along the East line of said Section,
running thence Westerly 630 feet; thence
Northerly 132 feet on a line parallel with the
East line of said Section; thence Easterly
430 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the
East line of said Section 15, 60 feet; thence
Easterly 200 feet to said East line; thence
Southerly along said East line 72 feet to the
point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he iS hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
