A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY WATER

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 7.00 feet of the
Southerly 37.00 feet, as measured from the center line
of Anaheim Road, of that parcel of land described in a
Final Order of Condemnation recorded March 26, 1958 in
Book 4239, page 218 of Official Records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
The West 77.28 acres of Lot 1 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 12,
pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, the Easterly line thereof being
parallel with the West line of said Lot 1.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the West 77.28 acres
of Lot 1 in Block K of said Kraemer Tract, described as
follows:
All that portion of said West 77.28 acres lying South-
easterly of the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly
and having a radius of 500.00 feet, said curve being
tangent to the East line of said West 77.28 acres and
tangent to a line parallel with the center line of the
40.00 foot wide road shown on said map, along the
Southerly side of said lot, and distant Northerly 20
feet therefrom;
be, and the same is hereby, ccepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of June 19 63
