A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CORPORATION OF THE PRE-
SIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS. a

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following describe rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 45.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Orange Avenue)
of that parcel of land being a portion of the West
half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 15, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a 2 x 4 stake in the quarter section
line running East and West through the center of said
Section 15, which said point bears North 89 38' 45"
East 660.87 feet from an old 4 x 6 post marking the
center of said Section 15; thence North 89 38' 45"
East 330.44 feet; thence South b 10' 20" East 674.60
feet; thence South 89° 38' 45" West 330.) feet;

of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 198.00 feet thereof.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
