A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Reuben Tucker Josephine

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 152 of
Tract No. 1825, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
62, pages 43, 44 and 45 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as
follows:

Beginning at the West terminus of the N rth line of
said Lot 152, which is shown as North 89 51 00" West
190.01 feet on the Map of said Tract No. 1825, said
point of terminus being the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
15.00 feet; thence Westerly and Southerly along said
curve through a central angle of 90 41 30" an arc
distance of 23.74 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and40.00 feet Easterly of the center
line of Raymond Avenue, as shown on the Map of said
Tract No. 1825, said point of intersection being the
end of said curve in the West line of Lot 152 of said
Tract No. 1825; thence South 0 32 30" East tangent
to said curve along a portion of the West line of
said Lot 152, a distance of 84.51 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a
radius of 730.00 feet; thence Southerly along said
curve through a central angle of 3° 36 27" an arc
distance of 45.96 feet, to a point, a radial line passing
through said point bears North 85 51 03" East; thence
South 89 51 00" East 5.01 feet to a point, a radial
line passing through said point bears North 85 49 16"
East, said point being in a curve concave Northeasterly
and having a radius of 725.00 feet; thence Northwesterly
and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of

North 0 32 30" West 84.45 feet tangent to said
curve to a point, said point being the beginning
of a tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northerly and North-

intersection with a line parallel with and 30.00
feet Southerly as measured at right angles from the

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
