A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
63R -424 ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY TO BE
USED FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Robert E. Kennedy and Eleanor B. Kennedy,
owners of the hereinafter described real property, did
execute and deliver to the City of Anaheim a Grant Deed con-
veying the hereinafter described real property to the City
to be used for an easement for road and public utility
purposes; and
WHEREAS, said deed was subsequently withdrawn; and
WHEREAS, through error or inadvertence, Resolution
No. 63R -L24 was adopted by the City Council accepting said
deed granting said easement to the City, after the same had
been withdrawn; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Resolution No.
63R -424 should, therefore, be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R424 accepting
a Grant Deed from Robert E. Kennedy and Eleanor B. Kennedy,
husband and wife, conveying the hereinafter described property
to the City of Anaheim to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
Said real property is situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, and is more particularly
described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land des-
cribed as follows:
The Northerly 2L feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Romneya Drive) of the Easter-
ly 80 feet of the Northerly 195 feet of Lot 11,
Miles Rancho, as shown on a Map recorded in Book L.,
page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the center
line of Romneya Drive is assumed to be the North
line of said Lot 11;
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approv signed by
me this 21st day of May, 1963.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 63R -442 was
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting provided by law, of
the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 21st day of
May, 1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Coons
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R -442 on the
21st day of May, 1963.
