63-0429WHEREAS, Mit -Mor Development Corporation having filed
a written application for a house moving permit to move a
dwelling house and separate garage from 2321 Wagner Road,
Anaheim, California, to 1128 Rosemont Avenue, Anaheim,
California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 14th day of May, 1963, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons re-
siding within a radius of three hundred feet from the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building
or structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the
last available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an
opportunity to be heard, and said City Council having duly
considered said application, together with all evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, did continue said
hearing to May 21, 1963; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said appli-
cation for said house moving permit should be denied on the
grounds that 31/48 of the property owners within a radius of
300 feet of the property upon which it is proposed to move said
dwelling house and garage protested the issuance of said permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of said Mit -Mor Devel-
opment Corporation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling
house and separate garage from 2321 Wagner Road, Anaheim,
California, to 1128 Rosemont Avenue, Anaheim, California, be,
and the same is hereby denied on the grounds that 31/48 of the
property owners within a radius of 300 feet of the property
upon which it is proposed to move said dwelling house and
garage protested the issuance of said permit.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 21st day of May, 1963.
