A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEY-
ING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and.
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOSEPH J. GUZAK and. EMMA Y.
GUZAK, husband and wife; LEONARD J. FACIANA and GENEVIEVE FACIANA,
husband and wife; JOHN SKIMAN and ELIZABETH SKIMAN, husband and
wife; JOSEPH PERLONGO and JOYCE PERLONGO, husband and wife, and
POLLY FLAHERTY, a widow, to sell to the City of Anaheim the follow-
ing described real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be used for an easement
for road and public utility purposes, and more particularly
described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles) from the center line of Euclid Street
of those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
The West 200.00 feet of that portion of the Southwest
quarter of Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 4;
thence East along the South line of said Section, 1320
feet; thence North and parallel with the West line of
said Section, 282 feet; thence Westerly to a point on
the West line of said Section, 240 feet North of the
point of beginning; thence South 240 feet to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 200 feet.
PARCEL TWO:
The West 200.00 feet of that portion of the Southwest
quarter of Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:

Beginning at the point on the West line of said
Section 4, 240 feet North from the Southwest corner
of said Section 4; thence North along said West line
to the Westerly extension of the South line of Lots
2 and 3, as shown on a Map filed in Book 1, page 55
of Record of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California; thence East-
erly along said extended line and the South line of
said Lot 2 and the Easterly extension thereof to an
intersection with the Northerly extension of the
East line of the land described in Parcel 1 in the
deed to Alice M. Beckett Krick and husband, recorded
December 22, 1945 in Book 1374, page 217 of Official
Records; thence Southerly along said extended line to
the Northeast corner of the land described in said
Parcel 1; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of
said Parcel 1 to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of October 19 63

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 63R862 on the
29th day of October, 1963.
