A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASE-
MENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for water line
purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FOREST LAWN CEMETARY
ASSOCIATION a corporation organized under the laws of the
State of California
to sell to the City o A naheim the fol ow ng escri a rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for water
line purposes
and more particularly described as follows:

An easement for the installation and maintenance of water lines
over, under and across those parcels of land lying within the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 5, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Jaun Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Westerly 8.00 feet of the Easterly 184.00 feet
of theeSooutherly 396.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 5.
PARCEL TWO: The Westerly 8.00 feet of the Easterly 387.00 feet of
the Southerly 396.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 5.
PARCEL THREE: The Westerly 8.00 feet of the Easterly 591.00 feet
of the Southerly 396.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 5.
PARCEL FOUR: The Westerly 8.00 feet of the Easterly 796.00 feet
of the Southerly 396.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 5.
PARCEL FIVE: The Westerly 8.00 feet of the Easterly 965.00 feet
of the Southerly 396.00 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 5.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of An.heim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to p to the
owner or owners •f said real property, out of Gener 1 Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar 001.00)
